Turbine announces The Lord Of The Rings Online: Siege of Mirkwood!

Turbine announced that Siege of Mirkwood will be available this fall, a new expansion for the The Lord of The Rings Online fantasy MMORPG. It will be available only through digital distribution, costing $19.99

Siege of Mirkwood will mark the end of Volume 2, started with Mines of Moria, the adventurers will begin to fight under the command of CEleborn and Galadriel in a campaign that wijll take them to the gate of the Dol Guldur fortress.

Along the increase of maximum character development limit and the introduction of new abilities, quests for classes, the expansion will also include three instances for 3 or 6 players, a raid at the end of which the heroes will face Lord Nazgul, fighting system improvements and Legendary Objects.
